• All orders are dispatched with tracking; details are emailed once shipped
• Ready-to-wear styles: in stock and available for immediate dispatch
• Made-to-order styles: please allow 2–4 weeks for your piece to be made and dispatched; express shipping does not reduce production time
• For an ETA or to request delivery by a specific date, please contact hello@dzo.com.au prior to ordering — if your order needs additional time, we'll be in touch
• Express shipping available for a flat fee
• Duties and taxes are included for all United States orders
• For other international destinations, applicable duties and taxes may be shown at checkout; where they aren't collected at checkout, they remain the customer's responsibility
• Full-price ready-to-wear: eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of delivery
• Made-to-order: eligible for store credit only within 7 days of delivery
• Custom, bespoke, custom-colour and made-to-measure pieces are final sale
• Sale items discounted by 20% or more are final sale
• Returned items must be unworn, with original tags attached; return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty
