RETURNS + EXCHANGES FOR DISCERNING CLIENTELE

At džo, our commitment to impeccable customer service aligns with our dedication to delivering exquisite, high-quality garments. Each item undergoes a meticulous inspection and is thoughtfully packed to ensure your satisfaction, which remains our paramount concern. To uphold the exclusivity of our creations, please take note of the following conditions for returns and exchanges:

CONDITIONS OF FULL PRICE ITEMS EXCHANGE/RETURNS ON NON-CUSTOM PIECES:

When seeking an exchange or refund for a full-price item, kindly reach out to us first, detailing any concerns you may have. Subsequently, send back your order with the enclosed order number. Upon receipt, the items will undergo a rigorous quality review. Once cleared, you will either receive your new items for exchanges or a refund on the purchase cost (excluding the original shipping cost), directly credited to the card used for the purchase. You will be promptly notified via email. All returns need to be sent 5 days after delivery of the order.

Return postage costs are your responsibility, and we accept returns of full-price items only if they are unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, undamaged, and returned in their original condition. All džo tags must remain attached, and the items must be in their original packaging. Please note that any items returned with stains, alterations, dry cleaning, damage, or strong odors cannot be refunded or exchanged.

For your peace of mind, džo recommends sending return items via registered post/express post with tracking, as we cannot be held liable for returns not received at our address.

CONDITIONS OF SALE ITEMS PURCHASED UNDER PROMO DISCOUNTS EXCHANGE/RETURNS:

For items purchased under promotional discounts over 20% off, džo offers exchanges or credit notes only. To be eligible, the item must align with the terms and conditions mentioned above for full-price items. You may return any purchased item for an exchange within 5 days of the delivery date.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

DŽO's custom pieces, crafted to your exact measurements, are non-refundable under any circumstances. Please be mindful of this before requesting a custom item with DŽO.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@dzo.com.au, providing your order number, date, and the reason for the return. Due to the exclusive nature of our products, we cannot guarantee the availability of items for exchange.

In the rare event that a change-of-mind return does not meet the outlined terms, džo reserves the right to reject the return.
