At DŽO, each garment is thoughtfully designed and produced in limited quantities or made to order. Every piece undergoes a meticulous quality inspection and is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.
Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.
AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
This policy does not exclude or replace your rights under Australian Consumer Law. If an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund.
CHANGE OF MIND
DŽO does not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Eligible returns are issued as a store credit or exchange only.
FULL-PRICE READY-TO-WEAR STYLES
Full-price ready-to-wear items are eligible for exchange or store credit, subject to the following conditions:
A return request must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and free from makeup, perfume, stains, marks, damage, or strong odours.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Items must be returned in their original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as DŽO cannot accept responsibility for items lost in transit.
Once your return has been received and approved following a quality inspection, a digital store credit will be issued for the purchase value of the item, excluding original shipping costs. Exchanges are subject to availability.
SALE ITEMS
Items purchased with a promotional discount of 20% or more are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or refund.
Items purchased with a promotional discount of less than 20% are eligible for exchange or store credit only and must meet the return conditions outlined above.
MADE-TO-ORDER STYLES
Made-to-order styles are crafted specifically for you once your order is placed.
Made-to-order styles are eligible for store credit only and must meet the return conditions outlined above.
Return requests must be submitted within 5 days of delivery.
CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders, bespoke pieces, custom colours, and made-to-measure garments are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, store credit, or refund.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Duties and taxes are included in the purchase price for all orders shipped to the United States.
For other international destinations, duties and taxes may be included for selected markets and, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout.
For destinations where duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees remain the responsibility of the customer.
If customs charges are refused and a parcel is returned to DŽO, any return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, taxes, and associated charges incurred by DŽO will be deducted from the customer's store credit.

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for your return
