Use a soft measuring tape and stand in a relaxed position. For the most accurate results, measure over lightweight clothing or underwear.

  • How to measure your bust
Bust Wrap the measuring tape around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape horizontal across your back and under your arms.
  • How to measure your waist
Waist Measure around your natural waistline, the narrowest part of your torso, typically just above your belly button.
  • How to measure your hips
Hips Stand with your feet together and measure around the fullest part of your hips and buttocks.
Keep the tape snug but not tight, and measure over your underwear for the most accurate fit.
