Every DŽO piece is thoughtfully designed and produced with intention.

Whether selected from our Ready-to-Wear collection or handcrafted through our Made-to-Order service, each garment undergoes a meticulous quality inspection before being carefully packaged and prepared for its journey to you.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

We ship worldwide.

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS:

Complimentary standard shipping on all Australian orders.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

STANDARD INTERNATIONAL:
Estimated 6–27 business days from dispatch — $40 AUD

COURIER EXPRESS:
Estimated up to 5 business days from dispatch — $75 AUD

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched, not from the date your order was placed.

READY-TO-WEAR

Ready-to-Wear styles are held in stock and available for immediate dispatch.

Orders are generally processed promptly following purchase, subject to payment verification and periods of high demand.

If you require your order for a specific event or date, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm availability and the expected dispatch timeframe.

MADE-TO-ORDER

Made-to-Order styles are handcrafted specifically for you.

Please allow approximately 2–4 weeks for your piece to be made and dispatched.

Selecting express shipping prioritises delivery once your garment has been completed, but does not reduce the production timeframe.

If your order is required by a particular date, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm whether the requested timeframe can be accommodated.

DUTIES & TAXES

United States orders: Duties and taxes are included in the purchase price. No additional charges are payable upon delivery.

Other international destinations: Duties and taxes may be included for selected markets and, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Where duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, any applicable customs duties, import taxes and fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

If an international shipment is refused and returned to DŽO, any costs incurred as a result of the return, including shipping, customs duties, taxes or processing fees, may be deducted from any eligible refund or store credit.
