At DŽO, each garment is thoughtfully designed and produced in limited quantities or made to order. Every piece undergoes a meticulous quality inspection and is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

SHIPPING OPTIONS

Worldwide shipping available. All orders are dispatched with tracking — details are emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Australian orders
Free standard shipping on all orders.

International orders
- Standard International — estimated 6–27 business days from dispatch — $40 AUD
- Courier Express — estimated up to 5 business days from dispatch — $75 AUD

All delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched, not when your order is placed.

PRODUCTION & DISPATCH

Ready-to-wear styles are in stock and available for immediate dispatch.

Made-to-order styles are handcrafted specifically for you. Please allow 2–4 weeks for your piece to be made and dispatched. Selecting express shipping does not reduce the production timeframe.

For an ETA or to request delivery by a specific date, please contact hello@dzo.com.au prior to ordering. If your order requires additional time, we will contact you directly.

If your order contains both ready-to-wear and made-to-order items, we will contact you to discuss your preferred shipping arrangement.

DUTIES & TAXES

United States orders: Duties and taxes are included in the purchase price. No additional charges are payable upon delivery.

Other international destinations: Duties and taxes may be included for selected markets and, where applicable, will be displayed at checkout. Where duties and taxes are not collected at checkout, any applicable customs duties, import taxes, and fees remain the responsibility of the customer.

If customs charges are refused and a parcel is returned to DŽO, any return shipping costs, customs fees, duties, taxes, and associated charges incurred by DŽO will be deducted from the customer's store credit.
