Promotion Overview

DŽO is running a giveaway on Instagram to celebrate the launch of the Luna Dress in four new colourways. One winner will receive all four dresses, valued at $2,000 AUD in total. The winner may keep all four dresses or choose to share them with friends or family.

  • Repost the giveaway post using Instagram's Repost feature and DM @dzo__ a screenshot to confirm your entry

Prize Details

  1. Total prize pool value is $2,000 AUD.
  2. The prize consists of: all 4 new Luna Dress colourways (one of each), valued at $500 AUD each. The winner may keep all dresses or choose to share them with others.
  3. The prize has been sourced by DŽO.
  4. The prize is NON-TRANSFERABLE, NON-EXCHANGEABLE, NON-REPLACEABLE, and NON-UPGRADEABLE and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  5. If for any reason the winner does not claim the prize within 24 hours of announcement, the prize will be forfeited and a redraw will take place.
  6. If any element of the prize is unavailable, DŽO reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal value, subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority.


Promotion Dates

  1. The promotion opens on Tuesday 16th June 2025.
  2. The promotion closes and the winner will be announced on Tuesday 1st July 2025 at 5:00 PM AEST.
  3. The winner must repost the giveaway post to their Instagram within 24 hours of the announcement to claim their prize. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture and a redraw.
  4. In the event a redraw is required, it will take place on Wednesday 2nd July 2025 AEST. The redraw winner will be notified via Instagram DM.


Eligibility

  1. This promotion is open worldwide. International shipping is included as part of the prize.
  2. Entrants must have a valid, public Instagram account to participate.
  3. Employees (and their immediate families) of DŽO and any agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
  4. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of all entries and entrants, including identity and place of residence, and to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process.
  5. Incomplete or invalid entries will be deemed void.
  6. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to determine the identity of the entrant.


General Conditions

  1. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  2. Entrants consent to the Promoter using their name, likeness, image, and/or voice in the event they are a winner (including photograph, film, and/or recording) in any media for an unlimited period without remuneration for the purpose of promoting this promotion and any DŽO products.
  3. The use of automated entry software or any mechanical or electronic means that allows repeated automatic entry is prohibited and will render all such entries invalid.
  4. If this promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention, or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any entrant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion, as appropriate.
  5. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies or purports to limit, exclude, or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act, as well as any other implied warranties under the ASIC Act or similar consumer protection laws in the States and Territories of Australia (“Non-Excludable Guarantees”). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter excludes all liability (including negligence) for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special, or consequential, arising in any way out of the promotion.
  6. The Promoter is not responsible for any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction, theft, unauthorised access, or third-party interference; any entry or prize claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected; any variation in prize value; any tax liability incurred by a winner or entrant; or use of a prize.
  7. The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may disclose such information to third parties including agents, contractors, service providers, and prize suppliers, and as required, to regulatory authorities. The Promoter may use this information for promotional, marketing, publicity, research, and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages. Entrants may request to opt out, access, update, or correct their information by contacting the Promoter directly.
  8. Entry into this competition is deemed automatic consent to be added to the DŽO mailing database.
